IMHO, if Draco does have a reversal of values and begin to fight 
against Voldy and the DEs, it won't be in close companionship with 
Harry/the Trio. I believe JKR has already stated that Harry and Draco 
will not "team up" to fight the dark side, but that doesn't mean 
Draco won't change sides and contribute in his own way to the "good 
side." In that event, I suspect Draco and particularly Harry will 
remain at odds but form a reluctant "working" relationship, not 
unlike Snape and Sirius. The tense handshake that the men to share -- 
at Dumbledore's request -- near the close of GoF is along the lines 
of what I imagine Draco and the Trio will have to agree to do in 
order to fight for the same cause.
