It didn't seem strange to me that Ron couldn't fight
off the Imperio curse.  If it was normal for people to
be able to fight it off, it wouldn't be on the list of
Unforgivable Curses because it would be pretty much
useless.  To me, it just pointed out (again) that Harry
has special abilities, and fighting off Imperio was
just one of them.  I guess I should go back and read it
again and see if it strikes me differently this time!
