ME:  Yes I have been following this discussion.  But like I stated in my first post, I follow the theory of "everything" happening at once or "time travel theory number 3" So For me, your option 4 does not work.  But for YOU, the question of H&H2 not showing up on the map, does give more credit to your theory, if we choose to believe your option number four.
