Hmmmmm..... Lavender and Parvati don't seem to like him that much, 
especially as he goes after their favourite teacher Trelawney. On the 
other hand, they are kind of a flirtish in that direction, perhaps. 
Remember, "Beware of the red-headed man." The reaction almost seemed 
as if there was something of a crush.

Yet, a group of third year girls is described as horrified to see Ron 
mishandling his owl, and if his behaviour towards Padma at the Ball, 
is any indication of how he treats the opposite sex, I don't see him 
having many friends there.

And, with the boys. No-one except Fred and George, as far as we know. 
He's very dismissive about Neville, too.

Parvati and Lavender don't seem close to her. She could perhaps have 
friends elsewhere, but it doesn't show.
