[HPforGrownups] Snape and the wolfsbane potion in the shrieking shack (was taking Lupin his potion)

I think what happened was Snape bought the potion to Lupin's room saw he wasn't there, saw the Map that said Lupin and Black and then raced out the  office to the tree, I find it very hard that he could have managed to carry his wand in one hand, hold the invisible cloak and also carry the potion.

I make my case with the following quote from PoA 19, the very
beginning.  "... I"ve just been to your office, Lupin. You forgot to take
your potion tonight, so I took a gobletful along.  ..."
My guess is that he brought it but got everyone too riled up to
administer it before he was knocked out, and then they left the shack,
they had probably temporarily forgotten about the potion, much as we
muggles might forget to take our medicine when we've got everything else
going on.
We know he takes it to Lupin's office in the first place, so he must
have brought it to the shack.
