[HPforGrownups] Book 5 Predictions - Well someone had to do it.

As folks start to make noises about getting predictions organised; off I go, nailing my theses to the door like Martin Luther (Wittenberg 1517).  I must start by saying * it goes against every fibre of my being to actually put Prediction One, in particular, down in print * .. but, what the heck, here goes.

PREDICTION - ONE

* Deep Breath *  Remus Lupin is for the high jump/chop/is a marked man/on the way out i.e. will die. (This breaks my heart, I LOVE the man and HOPE I'm wrong).  I did think of Dumbledore but could not bring myself to associate his name with death (yet).

JUSTIFICATION 

Someone has to die - it can't be Sirius.  Anyone, Anyone but Severus... (OK so I'm stuck on him too....)

PREDICTION - TWO

They get to travel.

JUSTIFICATION

We all need a change of scenery (too many underground tunnels & visits to Hogsmead can lose their allure).  Boot camp at Durmstrang or Ron re-visiting his passion for Fleur Delacour at Beauxbatons, Rumania, Little Gidding, Egypt???

PREDICTION - THREE

Harry will fall in love with Cho with the field now clear of Cedric Diggory, her former inamorata.   Either that or get a crush on his Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher - strongly rumoured to be female in OotP.

JUSTIFICATION

He's at THAT STAGE in his life - * Girls * have already made appearances in that direction (GoF) OotP just takes it further.  Let's just hope Ron's interpersonal skills improve in this area too!  

PREDICTION - FOUR

Mrs Dursley - in denial for most of her life - will be outed as The Other Witch in the family.  

JUSTIFICATION

None.  The idea is just too wild for words!!!!  I just want to see how JKR handles it, if its true.   

Ultimately, I will just have to get my head down and read the book and stay away from HPFGU until I have finished it.  Maybe longer *Takes Deep Breath*  if Remus or Severus die.
