Was someone splinched himself on Privet Drive?

I believe that sometime in the past, probably when harry was a baby,
someone splinched himself on Privet Drive.
In book 4, Chapter 6, when Arthur Weasley tells harry the meaning of
the word "splinch", Harry imagines "a pair of legs and an eyeball
lying abandoned on the pavement of Privet Drive".
It's a natural thing to imagine how splinching looks like, but I
think that harry wasn't just imaging. I strongly believe that he had
a vision of something he had seen years ago. The same way he had a
dream about flying motorcycle.
The key to my speculation is the fact that Harry imagines the
splinching taking place on privet drive. When the average man
imagines splinchimg, he doesn't imagine it in a certain place. The
place has no meaning. It may have something to do with Dumbledore's
protections of privet drive. Maybe one of the protections makes no
one capable of Apparatine on privet drive, and splinching is the
punishment to the one who tries.
The eyeball that Harry imagines is also a suspicious thing. When I
read that at the first time, I instantly thought about muddy. Maybe
he was the one who splinche himself?
