key things was whether all deatheaters had the dark mark or not,and 
did Sirius have one? Evidently he does not have the mark as someone 
from the lists reminded me of the scene in the cave where Harry tells 
him about the marks, and Sirius is puzzled by it. I personally, think 
it would be stupid to brand every single one of your followers, like 
the DE's, if you ever hope to have an inside person at Hogwarts to 
gather information.
