I susptect that with Hermione, it would depend on the nature of the
problem.  If she was looking for sensible advice or useful action,
she'd go to McGonnagal (as she did about Harry's Firebolt).  In cases
where she's looking purely for emotional support, she'd go to Hagrid. 
After all, Ron and Harry snubbing her is not the sort of problem that
could be solved by sensible advice.  All she wanted then was a
shoulder to cry on and somebody to say "There, there, it will be all
right," and Hagrid is much better suited for that than McGonnagal is.
