That is exactly the reason I would think that she does NOT read this 
list - if she reads an idea on the list and uses it the author would 
quite possibly claim plagarism on JKR's part, leading to another 
nasty legal battle.  Does this world really need another nancy 
stouffer?

I'd say that JKR is doing quite well without our input =)
