The problem with Binns is that he seems to be fixated on the
Goblin Rebellions to the exclusion of everything else that his
students might need to know. Of course, that may be another
effect of being a ghost! Ghost stories in general (either
avowedly fictional or reported as true) seem to imply that ghosts
are given to repetitive behavior.
