Well, I still think it would be cool for Dumbledore to call 
Voldemort "Tom" when they meet face to face (as will surely happen at 
some point in the next 3 books). And it wouldn't be too far-fetched 
either. Dumbledore knew Voldemort back when he was still calling 
himself Tom Riddle, and being Voldemort's oldest & most powerful 
enemy, he's got no reason to be afraid of Voldemort becoming even 
MORE inclined to kill him. And taunting your opponent before a fight 
is a very legitimate battle strategy; a foe who's enraged is more 
likely to make mistakes.
