I wondered that too. I also wondered if "The Order of the Phoenix" 
referred to Voldemort and his followers , or whether it referred to 
Dumbledore, Harry, and his followers in Book 5. I suppose it could go 
either way since both Harry and Voldemort have cheated death and 
possess wands with the phoenix feather core.......
