I dount its that specific.  History is littered with "powers for good"
that usurped/abused their positions in the quest for "justice" and
"the right side".  Allegedly British forces in Ulster do fit this bill
(30th anniversary of Bloody Sunday this weekend - good timing for
this!) ...  but what about British internment of Boer women and
children?  Same same but different.
