I'm still on probation so I'm not sure if a short post like this will
make it through. I haven't actually seen Dumbledore=Silencio IN a
HARRY POTTER book but I did read it on a interview, and after several
hours of searching I found the interview and now I have to make a
CORRECTION.

It was ITALIAN, not Spanish that changed Dumbledore to Silencio. Here
the quote from Rawling and the source-

Fraser, Lindsey. Telling Tales: An interview with J.K. Rowling. First
Edition. London. Mammoth, 2000. 

"In the Italian translation, Professor Dumbledore has been translated
as Professor Silencio. The translator has taken the `dumb' from the
name and based the translation on that... For me `Silencio' is a
