Whoah, I just realized how very interesting this statement is. If
Dememntors feed on happiness, and the Patronus is Happiness, then the
dememtors should be able to basically destroy it, right? Because if
they take the happiness, there's nothing left. So perhaps it's more
complicated than that. Maybe it's sort of like decay: The Dementors
break happiness down into despair, and give it off back to their
victims. This still doesn't explain everything, though.
