No, I don't think so. Since a Patronus is a mere projection and not a 
living being, a dementor can't suck anything out of it.

Or another theory: Dementors feed on happiness but they need other, 
maybe darker emotions to sort of "guide" them, either in finding 
their victims in the first place or in the feeding process itself. In 
short, without fear and despair they can't destroy the happiness.
