I, too, saw Remus, for what he was, immediately. Strange thing was, 
it wasn't his first name that gave it away to me, it was his last.

The french word for wolf is 'loup'. Granted: different spelling, but 
pretty similar sounding. Spanish is 'lobo', and Latin is 'lupus'.

Also, I'm a big fan of another series of books, wherein there is a 
werewolf character named Lupe, so, yeah.

Lycanthropy, to give the condition its formal term, is something 
which has fascinated me for as long as I can remember, so I just 
thought I'd share this little bit of info with you all
