But Voldemort/Riddle is the last of Slytherin's line *as far as Dumbledore
knows*. I don't think that Dumbledore is all knowing, and even if he was,
he'd hardly want to say that Voldemort was the last of the SS line--except
for you of course, Harry. I still think that if Voldemort and Harry ARE
related, Dumbledore doesn't know.

Also, I think it's still possible that Lily and Petunia may not be full
sisters. Could be, but possibley not.

Dear Punkie and All--The problem here is that Dumbledore has already
told Harry that Voldemort is the last of Slytherin's line. If that
is the truth, then Harry can't be related to Voldemort because that
would make Harry (and perhaps even Dudley) descendents of Salazar
Slytherin. However, I do agree with you a bit about Petunia! Only,
I don't think she's a squib! I think she has refused to recognise
her magical abilities out of jealousy of and anger with Lily. She
wants in every way to be "normal." JKR has said that at some point
someone we don't suspect will reveal magical powers, and I think it
will be Petunia and I think the occasion will be when Voldemort (or a
Deatheater) threatens Dudley! She will do whatever it takes to
protect he Duddykins, even if it means letting the "normal" world
find out that she is indeed a "witch"! (LOL) Opal Dragonfly
