Dear Richelle/All--Still, it is unlikely that Dumbledore would keep 
that from Harry--he has always been truthful and given Harry the 
necessary facts to help him.  Since Dumbledore has obviously studied 
V. as an adversary, he certainly would know his lineage and likely 
any progeny he might have.  I think it's more probable that Harry is 
Godric Gryffindor's heir and that is where the Potter's family 
fortune comes from, including the Invisibility Cloak. 
    It's also possible that Harry is related to Draco Malfoy if 
Narcissa is related to Petunia and Lily!   But, time will tell!  Opal
