Actually, I'm a bit surprised he wasn't involved in the maze building during the last task, if we're following myth for a moment :-)

It'll be interesting to learn more about the shadowy 'old crowd' we haven't seen much of so far -- Arabella, Daedalus (Quidditch captain or no), and Mundungus Fletcher, who I only remember from him trying to hex Arthur during that raid.
