Today I saw a brand of chocolate for sale with cocoa content (from 
33% to 100% depending on flavor) that contains well over the required 
percentage (? 10, 15, 20%?).  I always assumed that JKR cited 
chocolate since it increases seratonin output or such, perhaps 
explaining why depressed woman crave chocolate in clinical studies) 
If Mrs. Figg's cake was indeed dementor related, than it is the cocoa 
itself and not the specific 'chocolate bar' that is the remedy.  
(Poor kids who might have a generic candy bar with 10% cocoa 
content!  Perhaps Harry would be able to handle the dementors if he 
carried some Cocolove 100% at all times.)
