I see it as a very real possibility that Harry ends up saving the Dursleys
or something equally noble.  Mainly because it would show his true character
as being kind and good and not wanting them to pay with their lives for his
treatment.

I also think that when Harry returns to the Dursleys for the summer in the
beginning of book 5 his attitude will have changed.  He matured years
emotionally and mentally in the graveyard incident and I don't think their
grumblings will effect him as much.
