I got the impression that the Kwikspell course wouldn't actually make you able to do magic - it was a way of capitalising on squibs. It doesn't seem to have improved Filch's magical abilities. I suspect that the only people whom Kwikspell would be able to help would be people like Hagrid - magical, but lacking a full wizarding education. Otherwise, why bother having a separate school for wizards, if any child could do magic if taught in the right way? There would also be no such thing as a squib if anyone could be taught magic.
Muggles might well be able to learn how to hold their wand the right way with Kwikspell's "useful tips" and probably learn some incantations and so on...but I doubt it would have any effect. It would probably be just like holding any old stick and muttering random words.
Interesting idea though....hmm...
