I haven't seen this interview, but I don't think that would imply anything. I mean, it's reasonable to think that more students would die, but a horrible death for her to write IMO would be writing the death of a character she's particularly attached to. Wouldn't Dumbledore's death be horrible? Or Draco, dying to prove his allegiance to the side of "right?" Perhaps even killed by his own father? There are lots of 'horrible' deaths to write, and we still have three more books to be introduced to new characters and have characters that may have been minor before grow on us. I don't know if one can assume at this point who will or will not die, or the true definition of 'horrible.'
