Harry never goes to the bathroom either. No one really does, although
Hermione makes a reference to trying to "have a pee" while Moaning
Myrtle is carrying on.

Does this mean Harry and Ron never go to the bathroom? Of course not.

We all know this is a somewhat sanitized version of pre-teen life.
There has only been a passing reference to acne and I find it hard to
believe all the kids have such great complexions, especially with as
much junk food as they consume.

Also, no trying to figure out how to shave your face properly -- or
your armpits, for the distaff members of the group. No developing
bosoms or ill-timed bulges. No man-voices (although young Daniel
Radcliffe has sure gotten his) and no sanitary napkin machines in the
girls' restroom.

I think we can assume Harry takes a shower once in a while, just like
I think we can assume he's had to relieve himself in the last four
years.
