When Will The Story Go On?
(Or Potterholics' Lament About The Delay In Book 5's Release)
To the tune of Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On"

When we first read Book 4, the ending, left us hanging,
But we knew that Book 5 couldn't be far.
It's been such a long time since Voldy rose again.
The story just has to go on.

You say that "Phoenix" is on its way.
When will the story go on?
Sirius and Lupin just have to come again.
The Quidditch team has no captain.
When will the story go on and on?

Hermione's so perfect; she'll be a prefect.
Maybe Ron and Harry will be too.
Someone's gonna die; we want to know who and why,
And where has Snape gone to?

You may mean we have to wait 'til '03
To see the story go on.
Fudge may be good or bad, we'll just see.
Ron and Hermione may be a pair.
When will the story go on and on?

We've had to wait since year 2K
For the story to go on.
Let's not nix "The Order of the Phoenix".
Summer or fall, just get it out
And let the story go on and on . . .


(Note: After I wrote When Will The Story Go On?, I recieved some 
criticism from some people and even read an editorial called "Don't 
Hurry Harry" telling people like me to chill out.  I felt like a bit 
of a heel, so I decided to write a sequel, and here it is:)


The Story Will Soon Go On
(Or Potterhilcs' Contentment To Wait For Book 5)
To the tune of Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On"

Potterholics near and far are sitting on edge
For the next year at Hogwarts.
But as for me and my friends, we are content
To let the story come as it will.

We have faith that Rowling will say:
"The story will now go on."
Book five will soon come alive
In the readers' minds and hearts
The story will soon go on and on.

Goblet of Fire left us to be inspired
As to what happens now.
Some have even made up what they think happens next,
But they could be totally off.

The longer we wait, the better five will be
Than if it'd come too fast.
The movies help add to the series
And keep us from going crazy
Waiting for the story to go on and on.

(Instrumental, but you already knew that ^_^)

Part of the fun is not when it's done,
But waiting for the story to go on.
I forsee that all will party
When "Order of the Phoenix" comes out
And the story goes on and on . . .
