Mrs. Figg and Fleur's new job (Was female DADAs and the bad Draco thing)

You know what would be great about Figg becoming the DADA? Hopefully 
JKR would write a scene with Figg going to visit the Dursleys right 
before leaving for Hogwarts and saying something like:

"Well, dearies, I'm a fully-fledged witch who has been living next 
door to you for 15 years to keep an eye on Harry and make sure the 
most evil and destructive wizard in our kind's history didn't blow up 
your house to get to Harry. But now I have to leave. Don't you worry, 
we THINK Voldemort won't bother you anymore."

Maybe not that blatant, but I'd like to see some dawning of 
realization by Vernon and Petunia that Mrs. Figg has been more than 
she seemed.

I really do wonder what she would teach. DADA is out of the question 
(God, at least I hope so.) Care of Magical Creatures might be open if 
Hagrid is off playing with Giants. There are a couple of courses, 
Arithmancy and Astronomy, where the teachers haven't been introduced. 

ARITHMANCY! THAT'S IT! She becomes professor of Hermione's favorite 
subject! Oh man, the claws would seriously be coming out, especially 
when Ron and the rest of the male population tried to get into that 
class.
