I have discovered a few things, never mentioned before here, to my
knowledge. So here goes...

Transfiguration --> --> -->
First of all, from QTA:
" No spell yet devised enables wizards to fly unaided in human form.
Those few animagi who transform into whinged creatures may enjoy
flight, but they are a rarity. The witch or Wizard who finds him- or
herself transfigured into a bat may take flight, but having a bat's
brain, they are sure to forget where they want to go the mment they
take flight."

Krum transfigured his head into that of a shark's. So, you'd think
that he'd have a shark's brain, just like, if you transfigure
yourself into a bat, for flying. Now how could Krum, swim, to his
purpose, unbind Hermione, not eat her, and bring her to the surface,
if he had a shark's brain? I know shark's are more intelligent than
bats, but still, is it possible? Or is it a mistake? The only
explanation could be that he transfigured his head into that of one
of the shark's that aren't so hungry for flesh. that way he could
both not kill anyone, and keep a pretty civilized brain, or at least
try to.

On to my next issue, Bertha Jorkins' info --> --> -->
Our dear Voldy says, in GoF, that he heard many things from Bertha
Jorkins:
"She told me that the triwizard Tournament would be played at
Hogwarts this year. She said she knew of a faithfull death eater only
too willing to help me, if I could only contact him..."

How did she know that Barty Jr. wanted to come into contact with
Volcy? For all the rest of the world knew, Barty Jr. was dead, and
buried on the island on which Azkaban lays.
The only thing I could think of is that Barty Jr, somehow got in
contact with Bertha, before she traveled to Albania, or even
persuaded her to travel to Albania, to seek Voldemort, or to keep on
the lookout for Voldy, and tell him, that a faithful servant wanted
to discuss a new reign of terror with him, over some tea, and maybe
even some Figg Newton's, if he was able to have one, after all, they
aren't cookies, they're Newton's!
But wouldn't all thing info be so dangerous to keep in such a
horribly, from what we've heard brainless, and Big-mouth, gossip-y
person, who could just as well tell her buddies from work (the
ministry wizards), over the Figg Newton's and tea they have in their
staff room.
Any ideas on this matter?

The Dungeon --> --> -->
Third of all I'd like to clarify that the dungeon scene, in the
persieve scene, is most probably NOT located, in, or under for that
matter, Azkaban. Crouch keeps telling the DE, whom they caught, that
they'll be brought back, to Azkaban. If this particular dungeon is
located in Azkaban then he would rather say, they'd be brought to
their cell, or something to that extent.
So that leaves the most probable place the MoM, I'd say.

Well, tell me your thought, and throw some tomatoes, if you'd like
to. have fun,

Lara.
