I have heard once that our galaxy (?) forms a left
(counterclockwise)
spiral. This may relate her name with Astronomy, class
she teaches.
I also have a question about the pre-Hogwarts
education of wizards and
witches. Some basic skills like writing and reading
are required before
the first year of Hogwarts. It seems that I've read
elsewhere that usually
wizarding kids go to Muggle primary schools, but in
some cases, when this
might be dangerous (as in the case of Fred and George
Weasley) they might
be brought to a special wizarding primary school.
However, this is still
an exception.
Another question is how the Muggle-born kids know how
to use quills?
