regarding Harry's mother's green eyes? Not that I'm aware of. The red
hair might impy that they have some Irish ancestory, and I think
amoung the Irish, green eyes are more common. 

So, as far as Harry, I assume he just inherited his eyes from his
mother, and his hair and general features from his father.
