This is very plausible. Another good analogy for this, besides military
history, is a Shakespeare play. Almost all of Shakespeare's plays have
the climax in the third (of five) acts. The last two acts wrap up lose
ends and resolve conflicts. This is possibly what JKR is doing with her
books. Though, I'd have to admit, three novels is a lot of space to
"wrap up" a story line . . . .
