That makes a lot of sense because the camp owner (from the quidditch 
match)was also very doppy after he had a strong memory charm on him. 
Although it was before he went into Moody's office that Neville was 
doopy, but on saying that, he was gone for the entire lunch break, 
giving Crouch JNR plenty of time to enforce the charm from long ago, 
which may explain why Neville was up that night, he was trying to 
connect to what happened earlier on with past.
