I thought it was a clever name for one of those ww devices that 
does the reverse of what its muggleworld counterpart does. 
There's the Put-Outer, which looks and is operated like a Lighter 
but does the opposite, and  Hermione's Revealer in CoS which 
looks like and operates like an eraser.
