Although not a witch, Mrs Granger is stated in canon to be a dentist. 
I imagine that Mrs Malfoy is far too wealthy to work and is very much 
the lady of the manor. Actually we have no idea from canon if any of 
the teachers working at Hogwarts are actually married.
