Yep, I'd have to agree here.  My sympathies are entirely with Mrs 
Weasley because my folks didn't have a lot of money when I was a kid 
and I know how hard they worked to try to smooth things over and how 
helpless (and therefore annoyed) they felt when they couldn't.  Viz. 
the comment about going naked - that seems to me to be the product of 
anger at circumstances beyond her control rather than anger at Ron.
