view that no one made Wormtail  Secret Keeper because being an Hufflepuff is
believed to be loyal ( BTW, the Sorting Hat gives, as the main
characteristic of H, being hard workers -GoF- and 'unafraid of toil' -PS-
loyalty and justice and patience are only given once in Ps, so seem to be
