Where did you hear that?  Because that's the same thing with Riddle's letters rearranging to say I Am Lord Voldemort.  Is Perseus Evans someone in British folk tales?  Also, could a nickname for Perseus be Percy?  Just some thoughts, I don't know where to go with them.
