In CoS p. 230 (UK) Riddle tells Harry that
Dumbledore persuaded Dippet to keep Hagrid and
train him as gamekeeper after Hagrid was
expelled.  Therefore, the assumption would be
that Hagrid was at Hogwarts when Molly Weasley
was there.  While there hasn't been mention of a
groundskeeper during the time Harry has been at
Hogwarts, that doesn't mean there isn't one at
present who just has not been named as yet.
