Harry living past book 7

I was re-reading SS today and I came across the following passage:

Chapter Sixteen  Through the Trapdoor  Pg 262  US Edition
"In years to come, Harry would never quite remember how he had 
managed to get through his exams when he half expected Voldemort to 
come bursting through the door at any momemt. 

Now I know that JKR has answered questions about Harry's life after 
school with the "How do you know he lives" bit.  But with this 
passage did she let us know that yes he does live or is she just 
talking about the years between leading up to his 7th year?

It made me think and I was wondering what you thought.
