GEO:What difference would it make? If anything his relationship to 
the Weasleys would still be the same. He wouldn't be anymore closer 
since he already is considered part of the family by Molly.

GEO:More like the best friend that replaces Ron. If anything he 
becomes closer to her. She helps him set up the DA, goes off with him 
to the Forbidden Forest twice and sneaks into Umbridge's office with 
him.

GEO: How about the part where he tells her that he doesn't find her 
ugly, the battle in the DoM where he grabs her of all people when 
escaping the numerous DEs, the numerous times that Hermione clutches 
to harry's arm when they are in danger most specifically twice in the 
forest and the hug she gives him that lasts for several minutes when 
he first arrives at the Ootp HQ? If anything these parts can't be 
substituted with males or else they would have certain homosexual 
undertones.
