In Chapter 38 Luna says that she and her father were going to Sweden
during the summer to look for the crumpled-horned snorkack because her
father got such a good price selling The Quibbler interview Harry did
to The Prophet.  So maybe she went to Hogsmeade and she and her dad
used the Floo Network or a portkey to Sweden directly?
