Buttercup:

Nope! I agree. Harry's going to be in Potions NEWT
level. With Snape's absense he felt more relaxed and
thought he "might not have achieved a good grade but
that he had, with luck, avoided a fail." I know Snape
said that he only accepts "O's," but I don't think
he'll be teaching Potions in Book 6. A new Potions
teacher with lower standards would accept Harry into
the NEWT. I believe Snape'll be teaching DADA.
