At the end of the battle at the MOM, Moody had crawled over to where 
Tonks lay unconsious and attempted to revive her, shortly after, 
Harry ran after bellatrix and passed Luna with Ginny, Ron and 
Hermione. So I don't think it is possible for an unconsious Tonks to 
get from one place to another that quickly. Of course there may be 
another explanation, I don't have the book with me to re-read.
