       I don't think that Petunia and Lily had a brother. I think that Mark 
Evans is related, but suspect that his dad is/was a cousin of the sisters, 
making Mark a second cousin. That, IMO, would fit better with the comment about 
Petunia being Harry's only 'blood' relative.

       The Evans line would look something like this:
            
       1. Great-grandfather Evans
             2a. Grandfather Evans
             2b. Great Uncle Evans
       
       2a. Grandfaher Evans
             3a. Petunia
             3b. Lily

       2b. Great Uncle Evans
             3c. Cousin Evans

       3a. Petunia
