I interpreted that as, sometimes even Aurors have to resort to killing. I’m particularly fond of Moody apprehending Rosier on information given to him by Snape (or DD who got the information from Snape), and Rosier dead at Moody’s hands. Makes for an interesting interaction between Fake!Moody and Snape IMO.
