I wonder if Dumbledore feels that since Voldemort has returned to his 
body that he is not the "most powerful" wizard he was before he 
attacked Harry as a baby.  Plus Voldemort used Harry's blood to come 
back so he would (maybe) be more human than even Voldemort realises?  
The look of triumph in Dumbledore's eyes has me baffled.  That is the 
only thing I can come up with is that it has made some major changes 
to Voldemorts physical being without Voldemort knowing it.
