LOL! AND I still say the whole issue was shut in OoP. If he was a 
Vampire and ESPECIALLY if he was a 
Half/Quarter/Eighth/Sixteenth/adinfinitem Vampire UMBRIDGE WOULD HAVE 
FIRED HIM! She'd have been checking students for bite marks during 
his "reviews".  She certainly wouldn't have stood around expecting 
the best of him based on anything Lucius said.
