Now Peg:
Ravenclaw--thanks for the cross reference--I never would have found
it on my own, and I *love* the reasoning behind that theory. It
makes perfect sense in terms of canon and explains some apparent
inconsistencies very nicely.
I never take anything in the Potterverse at face value. I've eaten
so much red herring in this series, I should grow gills . . .
