I remember JKR saying somewhere that she'd already started on book 6 -
 and that that was good going, with the small baby.  I suppose her 
little son will slow things down, but if she's already started, and 
she said it takes her about a year to write it, maybe it could be a 
gap of two years at the most?  I hope so - an agonisingly enormous 
gap would be torture, though I'll be dreading book 7 as that = the 
end.
